Workshop 24 September 2011

Today turned out to be a great day for the workshop after all the rain and wind yesterday.
Some 12 enthusiastic gardeners attended the workshop, which was very informative and practical. Nikki showed us how to make a No Dig garden, how to prepare a garden bed for your tomato plants and told us about companion planting among other things. Even the experienced gardeners learned definitely something new today. We also had the opportunity to share information over a cup of tea/coffee and some yummy cake after the workshop.
